A guide to your Oubaitori journal
Choose what you want to remember, set a rhythm that fits, and return to your month with context.
Choose the trackers that fit your life
Oubaitori is a private digital bullet journal with 17 trackers for wellbeing, short reflections, and culture. Create an account, choose at least 3 trackers, and set a daily or occasional rhythm for each. You can change your selection later in Settings.
A starting combination could be Mood for a rating, Highlight for a short reflection, and Reading for pages read. This is a setup suggestion, not a preset: choose the trackers and rhythms yourself. You do not have to use every enabled tracker each day.
Daily rhythm
Choose Daily for trackers you expect to use most days. These appear in the dashboard Daily Check-in strip and contribute to your Monthly Path. Untracked days remain open space.
Rhythm describes how often you intend to use a tracker. It does not change what an entry can contain or require you to complete it every day.
Occasional rhythm
Choose Occasional for things you track as they happen, such as finishing a book, watching a film, or saving a quote. These remain available through Quick Actions without appearing in the Daily Check-in strip.
The choice is yours: a tracker is not limited to a particular rhythm because of its subject. Changing rhythm does not delete past entries.
Enabled and disabled trackers
Enabled is separate from rhythm. An enabled tracker can be daily or occasional. Keep at least 3 enabled; disable others when they no longer fit your current interests.
Disabling removes a tracker from dashboard actions and navigation, without deleting its entries. You can still revisit existing entries in My Days or re-enable the tracker in Settings.
What you can track and journal
Mood, Anxiety, and Health use a date and a five-point rating. They do not have a note field. For written context, use a separate journal tracker such as Small Wins, Highlight, Gratitude, Friction, or Dream Journal.
In Small Wins, journal one to five things you did or moved forward for a day. You can add a category to each win to help you revisit it.
Sleep records sleep and wake times. Reading records pages read, while Meditation records minutes. Books, Movies, TV Series, and Music let you save the media you want to remember. Activity and Quotes offer their own entry forms.
Reading pages and your Books collection are separate trackers. A page total does not automatically update a saved book. Entry dates follow your account timezone.
Revisit your month
Each tracker has views suited to its entries: rating pixels, written reflections, media collections, or quantity summaries. Tracker analytics can show distributions, timelines, totals, and reflection prompts depending on the tracker.
My Days brings existing entries together by date. Monthly summaries help you revisit what you recorded; they do not diagnose health conditions, identify causes, or calculate correlations between trackers. Use your own context when reflecting on changes.
Browsers, installation, and early access
Use Oubaitori in a phone or desktop browser. Supported browsers can install it as a PWA; on iPhone or iPad, use Add to Home Screen. Private entries still need an internet connection to load and save. Installation does not provide offline access to your journal.
Oubaitori is free during early access, with no credit card required. Pricing will be announced before it changes so you can decide whether to continue.
Privacy and help
Entries belong to your account. There is no public profile, social feed, or leaderboard. Account privacy is not a claim of end-to-end encryption; the privacy policy explains storage, service providers, analytics, and deletion.
For account questions, sign in and use Support. You can also contact the team through the public contact page.
