Your days, taking shape

It can be hard to remember how you felt a few weeks ago. Track your mood as you go, then look back at the good days, the difficult ones, and everything in between.

Here’s an example month with fictional entries. You can select part of the timeline to see more, but the entries can’t be changed.

A question to sit with

Compare August 15–17 with August 20–22. What felt different around those days?

Three trackers to start with

Try Mood, Highlight, and Reading together to keep track of how you felt, what happened, and what you read.

  • Mood

    How the day felt

Pick the rating that feels closest to your day. Each entry adds a color to your monthly grid.

    Example entryLifted

  • Highlight

    A moment worth keeping

Write down something you want to remember. A sentence is enough.

Example entryWent for a walk with an old friend.

  • Reading

    A little progress

Save how many pages you read today. You can see the total when you look back at the month.

    Example entry18 pages

Choose at least three trackers during setup. You can pick these or a different combination, and set each to Daily or Occasional.

01Track

Track with intention

Track with your Mood Tracker at a daily or occasional rhythm, then revisit your entries in a monthly view.

01Track

Five-point mood check-ins with just a date and a rating.

02Monthly

Month-in-pixels style monthly spread that makes higher and lower mood stretches easy to see.

03Modular

A digital bujo-like mood page you can pair with anxiety, health, or sleep tracking.

Who this is for

Built for people who want a calm, structured place to check in daily without overthinking it.

a

People who want a brief emotional check-in without a writing requirement.

b

People replacing a paper mood spread with a private digital version.

c

People who prefer monthly pattern recognition over long daily journaling.

02Reflect

Monthly reflection

A full month of mood pixels shows the ratings you recorded and the days you left open. Reflect on higher and lower stretches using your own context; the app does not calculate causes.

Patterns

A short run of similar days says more than one isolated check-in.

Your context

Use what you remember about the month to reflect on the entries. These summaries do not identify causes or calculate relationships between trackers.

Private by default

Mood entries stay private to your account, with no social feed, no public profile, and no pressure to share.

Next month

  • What repeated itself?
  • What should come forward into next month?
03Fit

Common hesitations

I miss days.

That is fine. The monthly view still stays useful without perfect daily consistency.

I do not want to write every day.

Mood only needs a rating. If you want to write, keep that reflection in a separate journal tracker such as Highlight.

I want this to stay private.

Mood entries stay inside your account with no social feed or public profile.

Daily use

Is this like a year-in-pixels mood tracker?

Mood Tracker uses a month-in-pixels grid. It does not combine all twelve months into a single year-in-pixels view.

How long does a daily mood entry take?

Choose a date and one of five mood ratings. Mood entries do not have a note field; use Highlight or another journal tracker for written context.

Can I pair mood tracking with other modules?

Yes. Mood works well alongside anxiety, health, and sleep tracking for clearer monthly reflection.
